I don't know if I should let Nate Climb trees. If I do I feel I'm letting him be reckless and endangering his welfare. If I don't I feel I'm being an overprotective ninny of a parent.
Let him climb as many trees as he wants. Let him build a treehouse. Let him camp in the yard. Let him roam the woods (a little later). Let him be as much of a boy as he can stand. And then make him take a bath & pick up his room too.
