This is a rebuttal post. Kind of.
Yesterday, Larissa wrote this post on her blog, about how Seattle came to a stop after a whole three inches of snow.
Hey, Seattle folk. That ain't snow.
I'd post better pictures, but I haven't ventured out of my warm, dry home. Note the swingset in the last photo, and how high the snow is on the swing and the see saw.

yikes is that your balcony? or your car?
I know we don't have a lot of snow. This is kind of my point. I'm not coming home for Christmas because of the snow we got over the weekend. And we got about 6-8 inches in the city. It is totally ridiculous.
O, the Pacific Northwest. They are neither truly North nor West. Though they might really be crunchy & 'pacific' tree huggers. If they were really North, they would be in Alaska where it is cold & snowy. And if they were really West, they would be in Montanna or Wyoming where the sky is big, the snow is deep & trapping is a way of life. Seattle is where all the old hippie-commune Californians went to get a good cup of coffee & then never left. (Hee hee hee, bet that stirs something up!)
