Take a look at this video clip.
Not only does Nate bump himself on something invisible, but he insists on being kissed on the exact spot he bumped. Also, take a look at the pants Nick is wearing. They are size 18 months, I think. Nate still wears them sometimes, but Nick apparently found them and put them on. Please don't think this is because he doesn't have clothing that fits him. He simply puts on the most inappropriate clothing he can find.

Nick is wearing clam-diggers! He is obviously anticipating summer on the Cape rooting around in low tide pools for fresh tasty clams! Nate. Nate I got no explanation for except that mommy-kisses are always the very best for curing whatever ails you!
Blest's boys went through a phase, while I was there, of trying to pack loads of stuff into their backpacks and go on adventures all around the house and yard. We had to forbid them from putting shoes and books in their bags cos we were worried someone would do themselves an injury.
