You have a couple of choices: you can attend one event & forget the other; you can tape/TiVo Grey's & attend the Open House (OpHo); you can attend the OpHo & watch Grey's on an iPod or other personal video device; or just bring along a small tv, plug it in at the OpHo & say SSSHHH! TALK ONLY DURING CMMLS! loudly during the show.

Well, for starters, I'd write a letter of complaint to the school. And after that I'd follow Linda's advice.
